My mission is to provide a non-judgmental space for us to work towards reaching your goals. My approach to therapy is spiritually and culturally sensitive. Clients find me to be empathetic, honest and easy to talk to. Victims of narcissists, co-dependency, self-esteem, anxiety, and relationship issues are areas of particular focus.
Using Gottman Methods and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, I will be a guide by your side helping you to understand what has happened in your relationship, whether it can be repaired, and if so, how. I use Prepare-Enrich research-based program for engaged couples and Discernment Counseling for couples considering divorce or separation.
