Accepting clients Last Updated 4 days ago

**I am currently accepting clients via telehealth only"" Who knows you best? You do! You are the expert when it comes to knowing what is best for you. We all find ourselves stuck at times and questioning our decisions. I seek to offer a therapeutic perspective to support you as you navigate life’s challenges, including past, current, or potential future ones. My goal is to help you define and prioritize your wants and needs while we process the tough stuff that might be keeping you “stuck”!
I enjoy working from a strengths-based and solution-focused perspective. I have experience with grief, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship issues, school/work/career issues, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
I will be your partner in answering questions you are asking yourself. With humor and compassion, I will offer a therapeutic perspective while you organize your own thoughts, feelings, and goals, and find direction for a refreshed version of you!
