Michaela Flash

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Hi, I’m Michaela (she/her) and I have been in the field of Mental Health and Social Work for over 12 years. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, challenges with adjustment, depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. I have traveled the world extensively and bring my experience as a 1st generation American to my practice.

My therapeutic approach centers around helping clients move toward a life they find fulfilling. I believe this can be achieved through interactive & solution-focused feedback. I place a high value on emotional regulation and its impact on our daily lives. You can anticipate learning about radical acceptance and other DBT skills!

I show up to my practice as my authentic self and encourage you to do the same. I view you as the expert on yourself. I'm here to empower you through psycho-education, skills training, and feedback. I am comfortable exploring therapy through a faith-based lens. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey towards self-actualization, and healing.
