Michael Ramsey

Hey! I'm Alec Ramsey, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping people overcome what feels overwhelming, uncontrollable, and hopeless. I specialize in treating Addiction, Trauma, Mood Disorders, Grief, and ADHD - and usually a combination therein. I have worked in residential addiction rehabilitation, outpatient addiction rehabilitation, and private practice since 2016. With a varied set of experience and a healthy dose of training, I'm ready and prepared to handle whatever you might bring to therapy. I use a blend of EMDR, DBT, CBT, and attachment based therapies to help treat whatever unique symptoms and challenges each client brings. My goal is to bring a little hope, and a little peace - and often a lot of both - to each person who takes that step to work with me.
