Hello, I'm Mekeya. Have you ever experienced something that you wanted to talk about but thought no one would understand? If you're looking for someone you can be yourself with, be open and honest, or someone who understands the stress and pressure from a troubled relationship, unresolved trauma, family conflict, or self-esteem issues, we should work together. I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, and depression, and I'm here to help you navigate these challenges.

During our time together, I will use a cognitive behavioral, person-centered, or solution-focused approach to meet the needs you want addressed. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.

I became a social worker over 20 years ago because I understand the importance of having support through tough times and a partner to cheer with you in times of victory. With an MSW and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have the pleasure of helping others recognize their strengths and abilities that can be used to overcome challenges and grow. Being a mental health professional allows me to positively touch someone’s life daily and be an ear for someone that just needs to vent.

If you are seeking a mental health provider that is open, honest, and welcoming, please message me and we can discuss the next steps. I look forward to working with you.
