Meg Matthews
l work with older adolescents and adults in my practice. I really enjoy working with college students and supporting their growth and development through this very unique time in life. My approach is strengths-based, culturally-sensitive, supportive, and client-centered. You are the expert on your experience and you will be "in the driver's seat" as we work together. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused practices in my work with clients. My style is warm, compassionate and affirming. Co-creating a safe space for you to do the work you need and want to do to feel better is a priority for me. We will work collaboratively to set goals and monitor progress towards achieving those goals. I have experience and enjoy working with clients from varied backgrounds.
