Welcome! I understand firsthand the barriers and challenges many people face when seeking mental health support, which is why I am committed to making mental health care accessible and affordable. I strongly believe in bringing authenticity to my work, as many clients come to therapy sharing deep vulnerabilities. I’ve cultivated a safe, non-judgmental space over my years of practice to ensure that you feel heard and supported.
With 7 years of experience working with young adults, adults, caregivers, and geriatric clients, I specialize in providing compassionate care for those navigating grief, life transitions, chronic illness, and end-of-life challenges. I also provide treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity issues, caregiver support, and family dynamics.
I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to therapy with an anti-racism lens, helping individuals identify stressors and co-create personalized treatment plans that empower them to make meaningful changes in their lives. If you are interested in booking your consultation or a session, please go to my website. I look forward to meeting you!
