Lisa Patrick
My style is warm and interactive. My clients have described me as "down to earth", authentic, easy to talk to, direct, and compassionate in my approach. I believe that you already have everything within you to get through your challenges and I am here to help guide you. Our work together will be collaborative and always evolving. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for all clients to express themselves freely, guiding them to empowerment and finding their voice. I believe you should unapologetically be yourself.
I enjoy working with young adults with anxiety, depression, ptsd/trauma, stress, low self esteem, complex family relationships, burnout, grief, and life transitions- like starting college.
Please feel free to reach out to me for a free consultation.
I am telehealth only.
