Hi, I'm Lauren! I provide anti-oppressive trauma therapy to those who feel stuck to or overwhelmed by things they've experienced in the past. I use many talk therapy modalities, including CBT, ACT, and DBT, as well as somatic-based modalities like mindfulness, DNMS parts work, and EMDR. I strive to be a warm and compassionate therapist who is ready to both encourage and challenge the folks I work with. I also like to use humor in my work so the hard stuff isn't always so hard to talk about. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or think we might work well together!
