You don’t have to go through grief or trauma alone. My clients often crave a space where they don’t have to “put on a brave face” but can be honest without fear of judgment. They are searching for hope and acceptance. They want to learn how to cope with their emotions and handle their relationships.

I believe healing and moving forward happens when you can be your most authentic self. This healing isn’t about “getting over it,” but instead learning how to live in your new normal while sticking to your values.

I completed my MSW from UGA where I focused on working with adults experiencing grief. My internship involved working in hospice, which is still a close subject to my heart. As a trauma-informed therapist, I hope to be a source of support for those who may not have the assistance they deserve during life's transitions, such as loss, illness, or college life.
