I'm Kendra, and I adore assisting individuals like you, drawing from my unique education and background in mental health counseling.

Chances are, you've been diligently searching for the perfect support. I'm thrilled that you've landed right here. Do you sometimes struggle with keeping things organized, staying focused, or remembering important tasks? Perhaps these challenges make you feel anxious or stressed. If you find yourself worrying about things that are beyond your control, you're not alone. ADHD and anxiety often go hand in hand, and they can be quite overwhelming.

My mission is to empower adults like you to manage ADHD and reduce anxiety effectively. I also specialize in helping those who are grappling with anxiety stemming from significant life changes, such as starting college, relocating, transitioning careers, and more. I have a particular focus on adults experiencing high-functioning anxiety who may also exhibit symptoms of ADHD.

Here's the thing: Whether or not you're dealing with ADHD, navigating life adjustments, or contending with anxiety, I'm here to provide my unwavering support. You are more than deserving of having a space to heal, find peace of mind, and undergo transformation. Allow me the privilege of offering that sanctuary to you. I will embrace you with compassion, instill hope, and apply evidence-based techniques to guide you toward your desired outcomes. Together, we can go on this journey of growth and healing.
