In therapy, I use a collaborative approach, starting with empathy, acceptance and unconditional positive regard, with foundations in person-centered and humanistic theories. Depending on your specific needs, I integrate trauma-informed, LGBTQI-affirming, sex-positive, mindfulness and body-centered perspectives into our work. In our time together, clients can expect a warm, authentic, non-judgmental therapist with a focus on the client’s present experience within various systems and respective intersecting identities. I believe in the resiliency of clients and the strength of a congruent therapeutic alliance to affect positive change toward living a more balanced and holistically healthy life. I have undergone several hours of training and I am on track to obtain my AASECT Certification as a Sex Therapist & Sex Educator.
