Kelly Podolsky
You - feeling overwhelmed, stuck, like the world is on fire and you're supposed to just "cope." You - navigating relationships, friendships, and family, questioning who you are, thinking "what's next?" Sessions with me - a space for you to talk things out, get clarity and confidence, and a better relationship with your self. You show up as you are, and we go from there, without you feeling judged or "therapized" like it's going out of style. (Although that is something I can provide if you really want! We can figure it out as we go, that's kind of the point!)
My approach to therapy is relational, which means I believe the trust and connection between therapist and client is paramount to the healing process. I see you as the expert of your life and my role is support and guide you with compassion and curiosity. Together we can explore what's working, what's not, and how you can move forward.
I'm especially passionate about supporting women, college students, and LGBTQ+ folks as you navigate the complexities that come with living in today's world. Therapy should be a place of growth, insight, and finding the joy among the hurt. If you're ready to explore and create meaningful change for yourself, I'd love to work with you!
