Welcome! I am an art therapist who works with LGBTQIA+ young adults who are motivated towards finding healthier ways to understand and navigate their emotions. I use artmaking as a way to help folks navigate depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, and deepen self understanding to work towards their most authentic selves.
Healing cannot be done in isolation, so working to find healthy community connections in the ways that support you best is an important part of my practice.
