Natural Compassion Counseling
Does part of you strive to succeed, while another part feels anxious or burned out? I help Boulder students quiet their inner critic and find balance using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and Self-Compassion practices. These modalities go beyond talk therapy alone.
Our work will help you create an embodied sense of well being and build a loving relationship with yourself so you can move through life with more clarity, self-compassion, and authenticity.
As a Tibetan Buddhist practitioner, I hold a deep respect for each person’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal. I believe transformation happens not by “fixing” yourself, but by learning to relate to yourself in a new way—with greater compassion and understanding. If this resonates, I’d be honored to work with you.
I offer in-person therapy in Boulder, Colorado. I accept insurance and private pay. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute consultation.
