I help individuals struggling with anxiety, panic, OCD, perfectionism, self-esteem, depression, and life stress/transitions. I’ve worked with and enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, parents, students (graduate/undergraduate), medical residents, and individuals who are working on figuring out who they are and what they want in life.

I provide ACT and CBT within a culturally humble and trauma-informed lens. I understand that change can be hard, and that past/current experiences can sometimes keep us stuck in the same patterns of behavior. I can help you work through the difficult aspects of change so that you can live a life that feels freer and more empowered.

My style is open and practical. We’ll work together to help understand the function of your thoughts and behaviors and determine what skills/strategies are needed to help enhance the quality of your life.
