Are feelings of guilt and shame making it hard to forgive yourself? Or has difficulty finding motivation or a life transition left you at a loss of control over your environment? Maybe unsaid expectations about how you "should" look or feel left you exhausted? Perhaps fear and anxiety are holding you back, making you feel stuck. If so, I am here to help and provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to heal.
I specialize in working with women suffering from depression, shame, anxiety, ADHD, and insecurity. In addition to these specialties, I also have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with religious shame and related emotional concerns.
