Young adulthood brings unique challenges and excitement that often require extra support from sources outside of friends and family. Navigating changes and life transitions can feel overwhelming, anxiety producing, and generally stressful. Finding the right therapist is one of the most important factors in your success towards feeling better. I work with children, teens, young adults, and highly sensitive individuals seeking support with anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, managing boundaries, and executive functioning.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and pull from personal experience to support clients with autoimmune diseases. In person centered therapy, you will lead our sessions as we will collaborate together to work towards your goals. I strive to create a non-judgmental space of healing, self-acceptance, growth, and change.
We may also utilize creative modalities in our work together. This can include sandtray therapy, expressive arts, and play therapy. I am happy to provide a complimentary phone consultation to ensure that we are a good fit for working together. I am looking forward to supporting you!
