I'm a psychologist, certified eating disorder specialist (CEDS), and certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP). I help 20-Somethings and Millenials learn to their ditch head trash and eliminate fear in a safe and inclusive space. I use cognitive-behavioral therapies, including virtual reality exposure therapy, for anxiety and phobias, food and body fears, depression, perfectionism, trauma, performance enhancement, and more.
