I am a licensed clinical and school psychologist who has close to 30 years of experience working with clients of all ages. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, school and learning problems, family conflict, and relationship problems. I see every client as unique and tailor treatment to fit the needs of each individual. My approach is collaborative and eclectic. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques into treatment including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts.
