Hello! My name is Jen and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been in the field for 11 years now. I have experience working with teenagers in a high school setting, as well as young adults in an inpatient psychiatric center. I am passionate about helping people find their strengths, remember their worth, and progress toward their wellness goals. In my practice, I use modalities that are designed to empower you through skill-based therapy. Together, we will process how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected.
