I believe in making strong connections with, and being strong advocates for my clients. I have experience treating a wide variety of issues and disorders, especially anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress/adjustment issues. I strive to create a warm and accepting environment where change and growth is possible. I have a focus on skill building, solutions focused therapy using a CBT/DBT based approach to help you address and work to improve your ability to cope and help make an impact on your stressful situations. I have worked with a wide range of clients, (age, race, LGBTQIA+, as well as couples). My goal is after each session you are in a better place, and better equipped, to move forward in your life. Having worked in college environments, I am familiar with the dynamics and stressors facing college students today and how to help you navigate them.
