I am a professional counselor licensed in Pennsylvania with over 20 years of experience helping clients with a diverse set of concerns including depression, anxiety, career issues, stress management, substance abuse, work-life balance, and bereavement.

I believe in a compassionate, collaborative, and integrative approach acknowledging the contributions of mind, body and spirit to help you identify your strengths and external resources and to develop tools to not only meet life's challenges, but to thrive despite them. Therapy with me is a safe place to explore thoughts and feelings, gain insight into patterns, intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics and to put that insight into action in your day-to-day life so that you are achieving all that you have set out to do.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I believe in using an individualized and eclectic approach combining evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, emotionally focused, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused schools of psychotherapy to target troubling symptoms and to heal past emotional wounds as we work jointly to improve your functioning and overall quality of life.

I am a compassionate helper with over 30 years of experience assisting clients in overcoming a wide array of interpersonal and emotional issues impacting their overall well-being. I have a sensitivity for multicultural and promote a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic atmosphere where healing and personal growth can take place. I seek to understand and then to create an individualized assistance plan to help you achieve all that you have set out to do in our work together.

I work with individual clients ages 18 and up who struggle with anxiety, OCD, adjustment, depression and adjustment. I also have a strong background in career and work issues.
