Helen Rohila
College and graduate life can feel stressful, overwhelming, and/or isolating. Therapy can help you make sense of patterns that hold you back, work through challenges, and regain balance, focus, and confidence. I take an active, collaborative approach, helping you explore what’s underneath and develop practical tools. My work draws from mindfulness, mind-body awareness, CBT, DBT, IFS, and integrative therapy, and I also support preparation and integration for ayahuasca experiences. Having lived in diverse parts of the world, I understand challenges around identity, transitions, and belonging, and work with students navigating these experiences. I offer telehealth only, making it possible to access therapy from anywhere.
Looking forward to working with you!
