Do you find yourself feeling lonely, anxious, stuck in a cycle of unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, unable to move forward with goals and plans? Are you dealing with challenging life circumstances such as illness, caretaking stressors, difficult romantic or family relationships, pressure or burnout in your career, poor self-esteem? Are you trying to make changes that you believe will lead to increased happiness and satisfaction but somehow these changes are not giving you the results that you had hoped for?
All of us can benefit from support to manage these challenges. Therapy gives us the opportunity to live a more peaceful and rewarding life and allows us a safe space to challenge some of our existing thoughts and behaviors. I hope to assist you in learning more effective ways of engaging with yourself and the world around you.
I graduated from Boston College with my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2004 and come with more than 19 years of experience in my field. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches and together we will have the opportunity to learn what works best for you.
