Licensed Professional Counselor

Hello, I'm Erin, and I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges and transitions. Have you been feeling stressed or overwhelmed with navigating life and its constant changes? Are you having a difficult time communicating and resolving issues with your partner lately? Through an integrative approach that includes behavioral, art, and mindfulness interventions, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their beliefs, emotions, and patterns of behavior. I support them while exploring ways to decrease their stress and other symptoms such as depression, anger, and anxiety.

It is important to me to assist clients in identifying their goals for our counseling relationship and to encourage them to take an active role in our work together. I have worked in various settings counseling individuals, couples, and families with a focus on educating, empowering, and supporting. I became a counselor to assist people in finding and using their voices; my process is motivated by helping others feel seen and heard. It is my hope to foster a safe space that encourages increased insight, awareness, and growth for everyone I encounter.

I specialize in working with adolescents and teens, addressing mental and behavioral health issues, depression, family relationships, multicultural and diversity issues, sex and intimacy issues, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, intimate and romantic relationships, children's mental and behavioral health, and life transitions. I offer in-person and virtual sessions, with evening and weekend availability. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, but specific areas of interest include children and teenagers, parents, young adult women, families, and couples.

If you're ready to take the next step towards a more fulfilling and balanced life, I invite you to reach out and start this journey with me. Let's work together to achieve your goals and create meaningful change.
