Emily Normand Counseling & Wellness
Hi, I’m Emily. I work with students and adults who are navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, or the pressure of feeling like they have to keep everything together. I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and welcome people from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. It’s important to me that therapy feels comfortable, respectful, and genuinely useful.
My style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. You don’t need to come in with the right words or have everything figured out. We can slow things down, look at what may be happening beneath the surface, and find practical ways to make everyday life feel more manageable. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to yourself.
