I'm happy that you are here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about working with teens and adults with generalized/social anxiety, depression, and relational strife. I work with folks in a collaborative and creative approach to find what works for you while using evidenced-based treatment in therapy. I believe that one of the pillars of wellness is recognizing that you have inherent worth. Through the therapeutic process of acceptance and change, I will be alongside you in your journey in recognizing that You Matter :)

My clinical experience includes working at UPMC Service for Teens at Risk (STAR Clinic) with teens and college students and as Crisis Clinician at the University of Pittsburgh - University Counseling Center working with young adults in crisis. I am trained in the following modalities: CBT, DBT, CAMS. Currently training in CBT for Insomnia
