I know it can be scary to reach out when many things seem unclear. However, I can shed light on what you are going through.

Common approaches can help someone cope on a moment-to-moment basis. Meanwhile, layers of your experience can still necessitate insight and healing. A good relational space allows open dialogue and collaboration over your life situation, bringing about positive change, insight into your needs, decisions or ambivalences.

I have had a career of helping many people in tough moments while providing a safe and empathic environment. I enjoy and commit to making a difference for people dealing with trauma, depression and anxiety.

Moreso, my clients often feel they have someone in kinship to their journey. This provides a renewed sense of comfort, wholeness and understanding to their lives.
