Denice Mateo-Delhall
College life brings challenges—academics, relationships, identity, and navigating your future. For BIPOC and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) students, those challenges can be even more complex. I am here to support you with therapy that honors your story, your culture, and your language.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that provides a safe, judgment-free space where you can speak openly—in English or Spanish—about what matters most to you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, dealing with anxiety or depression, or just need someone to talk to, I am here to help.
I offer: Evidence-based practice that is culturally responsive for BIPOC students. Bilingual (Spanish-English) therapy. Individual counseling tailored to your needs. Safe, confidential, and inclusive care. I utilize treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychotherapy for managing mental health disorders. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT).
You deserve to be heard and supported—just as you are.
Let’s take the next step, together.
