Accepting clients Last Updated 30+ days ago

This world is challenging and it is normal to have periods of struggle. I help clients move through stressful times and life challenges by developing healthier relationships and emotional patterns. As a therapist, I am both very supportive of my clients and I also provide feedback and opportunities for growth. I view therapy as both an art and a science. I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each individual client. I value the diversity of the human experience and therefore affirm and respect those from all racial, ethnic and religious backgrounds, and sexual and gender orientations.
I have particular expertise working with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Couples, Career struggles, Trauma, Grief, and issues with Self-esteem and Identity. I enjoy working with young adults and teens. I have worked as the clinical director at several universities, most recently at Creighton University. I have specialized training in DBT therapy.
I value the diversity of human experience and I am therefore affirming of all: racial and ethnic backgrounds, sexual and gender orientations, and religious backgrounds.
