Our practice provides trauma-informed care rooted in empathy, self-discovery, and respect for each person’s unique journey. Each of our therapists brings their own background, expertise, and personality to the work — allowing us to meet clients’ needs with creativity and flexibility.
Meag integrates traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and various forms of parts work to help clients process trauma, strengthen self-understanding, and nurture emotional balance. Her approach blends depth, authenticity, and humor to support meaningful change.
Erbie’s work is grounded in psychodynamic and systems frameworks, offering clients a space for reflection, empowerment, and emotional growth. They are especially passionate about supporting marginalized communities and helping clients navigate identity, belonging, and life transitions.
