Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Psychologists
At Catalyst Psychology, our clinicians understand how overwhelming campus life can feel. For many students, the mind rarely takes a break - whether it’s late-night worries that disrupt sleep, constant pressure to stay focused, or fears of not measuring up. These struggles often show up as tension in the body, irritability in relationships, or a heaviness that makes it hard to get through the day. In the unique setting of college, with shifting schedules, academic demands, and major life transitions, these challenges can feel even more intense.
How We Help
Catalyst Psychology clinicians use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - an evidence-based approach that looks at how thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and the body interact. Our team works with students experiencing:
•Anxiety and performance stress
•Insomnia and sleep difficulties
•Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
•Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
•Mood challenges such as irritability, stress, and low motivation
•Relationship strain and difficulties with communication
Treatment is structured and collaborative. Our clinicians work with you to set clear goals, practice strategies between sessions, and track what’s working so progress feels concrete and meaningful.
Understanding Campus Challenges
College life brings unique pressures. These include exam stress, perfectionism, focus and planning difficulties, and big transitions like adjusting to campus, preparing for graduation, or shifting academic roles. While these challenges can leave you drained or uncertain about how to cope - especially when it looks like everyone else is managing - Catalyst clinicians offer tools and strategies that help restore steadiness, build confidence, and make daily life feel more manageable.
What You Can Expect
Therapy at Catalyst Psychology is practical, goal-oriented, and grounded in compassion. We work with you to develop strategies to reduce overwhelm, manage stress more effectively, and feel more in control of your daily life.
We're here when you're ready to take the first step. We look forward to connecting and supporting you as you navigate the challenges of campus life.
