I believe that therapy, with a therapist who can help you feel safe, secure and seen, can restore our inherent joy, curiosity, creativity, and connectedness, which are often impaired or lost altogether as a result of trauma or past attachment wounds.

I am a relational therapist and specialize in exploring patterns that come from our families of origin, relationships with ourselves, with our friends, romantic partners, and children, as well as relationships with food and substances. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs by incorporating modalities such as Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic work, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. Regardless of approach, what is transformative in therapy occurs in the relational dynamic.
