Are you struggling to cope with life stressors? Are you a college student struggling to focus, sleep, or manage your schedule? Struggling with parenting? You want to break generational trauma but as a member of the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous & People of Color) community struggle to find a BIPOC therapist? You have unique concerns about seeking therapy, facing specific cultural, social, and historical factors that influence your experiences & needs? As a BIPOC clinician with over 5 years of experience in mental health, I understand the specific struggles faced by the BIPOC community concerning our mental & emotional well-being.

I've helped clients navigate life transitions, trauma, regulate sleep patterns, decrease anxiety and depression, increase self-confidence & self-esteem, find self motivation, focus, & more. I have specialized training in trauma specific therapy modalities & treatments that has been proven effective for treatment after a single trauma &/or multiple traumas.

I treat the “whole person”, equipping you with coping skills to rely on long after therapy ends. I create a safe and empathetic environment to explore your life experiences at your own pace. I offer motivation, compassion, & unwavering support as you confront obstacles & work towards achieving your goals and embracing the life you've always desired.
