College is one the most exciting, and at times challenging, transitions in a person's life; at once becoming at adult and faced with so many stressors which can cause tremendous stress.

If you're struggling to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or simply want to live a more fulfilled life, you don't have to suffer alone. I believe in the power of the therapeutic connection, and offer a supportive space for vulnerability and growth to help you live your most fulfilled life.

I have been told I am a relatable and intuitive therapist; utilizing my education, training, non-judgmental perspective and sense of humor to connect with my clients.

I have experience at an Intensive Outpatient Program through Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic where I was the therapist for college students, and other young adults.

It can be a challenging and overwhelming experience to find the right therapist, please feel free to contact me with any questions or to set up a consultation. Together we can find a way through the darkness and prioritize your mental health.
