  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

Welcome-

Asking for support can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate life’s challenges alone. As a therapist, I aim to create a warm and grounded space where you feel heard and supported while working towards meaningful growth and change.

Background:
I have been working in this field since 2010, and I earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from
Roberts University. My clinical training focuses on evidence-based approaches while tailoring
each session to match your individual needs and goals.

Client Focus:
 Children 12+ to adults: Navigating stress, life transitions, identity, and personal growth.
 LGBTQ +: Exploring identity, navigating relationships, and stress in an inclusive space.
 Couples & Partners: Strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening emotional intimacy.
 Parents and Families: Finding balance, establishing boundaries, and managing family
dynamics.

Outside of Work:
You can usually find me watching Netflix, spending time with my kids, cuddling with my dogs, and enjoying nature. :)
