Balanced Awakening is a Chicago-based therapy practice supporting college students and young adults as they navigate anxiety, stress, perfectionism, relationships, identity, trauma, body image, neurodivergence, and major life transitions.

Our therapists bring a range of specialties and approaches, including talk therapy, somatic therapy, art therapy, and relationship-focused care. We know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, so our team takes the time to understand what you are looking for and connect you with someone whose experience, personality, and approach feel like a good fit.

We offer telehealth throughout Illinois, as well as in-person appointments at several Chicago locations. We are in network with BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, and Optum/UHC plans.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, stuck in a pattern, or simply ready for something to change, you do not have to figure it out alone. We would be honored to support you.
