Kaleb Snyder
I am a culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapist that uses a variety of therapeutic techniques and theories to help support people where they are at in their lives. People who see me are often navigating various things that impact their general feelings of happiness, their relationships with family and friends, their engagement with hobbies, or their outcomes in school and work.
I believe in normalizing human experiences and not pathologizing them. My intention is to help people strengthen their understandings of themselves and their experiences so they can work towards growth and healing. We will work together to identify what you want to focus on and make a plan on how to get there. I support this from a relational and trauma-informed approach and use these approaches with adolescents and adults. In addition, I am trained and/or certified in numerous trauma-focused therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy.
I am a firm believer that the relationship created in therapy is foundational to its process. It is my hope that those who come to work with me understand the importance I place on safety, comfort, and understanding. I offer curiosity, safety, and humility to the therapy room.
