College and young adult years can be both exciting and overwhelming. Many students and young adults find themselves managing anxiety, depression, or grief while also trying to keep up with academic demands, relationships, work, and expectations from family or themselves. Feeling stressed, burned out, unmotivated, or emotionally drained does not mean you are failing — it means you are human and navigating a lot at once.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. I work with college students, young adults, and adolescents using a client-centered, goal-oriented approach. Therapy is a collaborative process where we focus on what feels most pressing for you and develop practical strategies to help you cope more effectively with stress, emotions, and life transitions.

I support individuals experiencing:
* Anxiety and depression related to academic pressure, performance stress, and major life changes
* Grief and loss, including losses that occur during college or early adulthood
* Emotional overwhelm, burnout, difficulty with focus, and feeling “stuck” or disconnected
* Relationship and family stress, especially as roles, independence, and boundaries shift
* Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and behavioral concerns in adolescents and young adults

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and stress-reduction techniques to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and gain clarity during challenging seasons.

Therapy should feel supportive, nonjudgmental, and empowering. Whether this is your first time seeking counseling or you are returning to therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward balance, confidence, and improved well-being.
