I'm passionate about helping you to both recognize and build inner resilience.

My holistic understanding of wellness is rooted in culturally competent and evidence based approaches to psychotherapy. This foundation is informed not only by my clinical training, but also by an eclectic background in academia, psychological research, social justice movements, a variety of spiritual and religious contexts, mentoring teens, and teaching yoga.

I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Christian Theological Seminary and a Clinical Mental Health Counseling license in the state of Indiana. In addition, I hold a BA in both psychology and religious studies from Indiana University, which provides me with a broad understanding of how spirituality, religion, trauma, family systems, and society can affect us both negatively and positively.

Learning and growing is a lifelong process that doesn’t end with a degree or certification. I am committed to and energized about my own growth as a clinician and person. This commitment to my own wellness and growth is a cornerstone to my work as a therapist.
