I take a creative, engaging, and client-centered approach to therapy, with the goal of creating a space that feels both supportive and empowering. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating trauma, PTSD, major life stage transitions, and career-related changes or uncertainty.
As an EMDRIA-trained EMDR therapist, I work with individuals who feel stuck or overwhelmed by past experiences and patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we gently reprocess and “rewire” these experiences so they feel less activating, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity, resilience & peace.
