Her particular interests include helping clients with issues related to anxiety, life transitions, improving interpersonal relationships, depression, self-esteem, and ADHD.
Every individual is unique and has different needs. It is my job to tailor my approach to you. My approach to therapy is collaborative, where we will explore current difficulties, personal beliefs, and values. Together we will find ways to help you cope, and uncover the connection between past and present experiences. Should we decide to work together, I will give you my full attention, a safe place to express yourself, and my knowledge and experience to give you as much support as I can. I may offer you a different perspective, I may challenge you in a supportive way, and I may suggest various coping strategies so that you can start to make the changes that you want.
I understand the difficulty of deeply understanding and facing thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. As your therapist, I will support you and be authentic with you. If you need someone to help you with your journey, I encourage you to reach out. It would be my pleasure to work with you.
